These terms cover your use of Property Answering, a service of Moneli Automation Inc. ("we", "us"). By signing up or using the service you agree to them. If you use it for a company, you agree for that company.
The service
Property Answering is an AI answering line for property managers. It answers your calls around the clock, follows the written rules you give it, and emails you a summary of each call.
It does not transfer calls, dispatch technicians or connect to property management software. Acting on a summary is up to you.
Your responsibilities
- Accurate rules. Keep your rules, contact details and emergency instructions correct and current. The assistant can only follow what you give it.
- Emergency instructions. Tell callers what to do in an emergency, including when to call 911.
- Recording notices. If you turn recording on, announce it in your greeting and meet the consent rules of every state you take calls from. Some require every party's consent.
- Fair Housing. Your greeting, rules and answers must comply with the Fair Housing Act and state and local fair housing laws.
- Lawful callbacks. Return calls and texts in line with the TCPA and similar laws. No autodialed or prerecorded calls or texts without the consent they require.
- Lawful use. Do not use the service to break the law or to harm callers.
AI makes mistakes. It is not an emergency service.
The assistant is software. It can mishear, misunderstand or give a wrong answer, and nothing it says is professional advice or a binding commitment. Check summaries before you act on them.
Property Answering is not an emergency service and does not contact emergency services. Anyone in danger must call 911.
